Throughout the time at my jobs, I have also engaged in activities to support the growth of my schools. This has included planning and supporting at demonstration classes and other sales and marketing events. I have also hosted and helped organize school wide events.

When I was at EF Education First, I helped open a campus and was involved in teacher interviewing and recruitment as well as setting up school policies and procedures.

In different jobs, I have also supported in adapting some academic procedures. Two examples of these are below.


The first is for an approach for how we could teach phonics in our city, Guiyang, when I was working at EF Education First. 








The second is the process for how we could implement and use documentation in our school, while working at Boston International Preschool in Wuxi. I discussed ideas with colleagues, then created the materials and implemented the training, with follow up observations during our first semester of implementation. It does contain a beneficial combilation of videos that are not my own - I provide the YouTube links on the edited document.
